Waste of money! Just a film with subtitles. No actors on stage to interact with the audience, an actress appeared at the beginning then we didn’t see her again. Kids asked to leave at interval as it was so boring

Me and my family literally left within 15-20 minutes from the start of the show. It was exactly as my title was explained. The amount of people that was congregated outside of the venue, you would of thought it was the intervals. Speaking to some other families as we was breaking free from the over glamorised cinema seat, everyone said the same thing. Over priced and under informed of what exactly we was all getting ourselves in for. I don’t even want my £160 refund but I would just like to point out to other families, please do not waste your time and money. This event can be easily achieved at home with Disney plus and a sound bar.

Went with my 8yo with 2 of her friends and their mums and it was not what we thought it would be...basically expensive movie with some cheap props and lady on stage. Girls liked it, and we stayed.

This was basically watching the film with subtitles and a strange lady cheering it on. A total waste of money we could have done it in our own home and saved a lot of hard earned money. Total disappointment and I'm surprised the Empire allows it to be shown! 2 very disappointed little girls who asked to go home at the interval as they were bored.

Unbelievable this is allowed, so expensive and you literally just see the movie with a 'cheerleader'..disappointing & deceiving!

Do you want to watch Encanto again with sombody cheering it on this is the show for you, theaters should check quality of the show behind the title , not worth the money paid .
